Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card Scheme Terms and Conditions

These terms set up the contract between Ben Reid & Company Ltd and you the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder.

The Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over.
Points are issued on qualifying purchases made with Ben Reid Garden Centre excluding gift vouchers, confectionary, sale items, pre-existing discounts, and trade accounts.
Points cannot be transferred between one reward card to another.
Points shall become invalid when the account is closed and may not be subsequently redeemed.
Ben Reid & Company Ltd may close a Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card account on which no points have been earned or redeemed for a continuous period of at least 12 months.
Ben Reid & Company Ltd can take any action it considers appropriate if it has reason to believe that a Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder is abusing the scheme.
The Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder must register their details and keep Ben Reid & Company Ltd informed of any changes. Ben Reid & Company Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss of points due to delayed or undeliverable correspondence.
Ben Reid & Company Ltd reserves the right to amend or terminate the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card scheme or these terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice.

Privacy and Data Protection

By registering for a Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card, Ben Reid & Company Ltd will collect and use information about each Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder, including registration detail, information about the use of Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card, purchases and other information that the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card gives Ben Reid & Company Ltd.

Ben Reid & Company Ltd may analyse the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder’s information to understand shopping behaviour and to send the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder information, offers, and promotions for the products and services which are most likely to be of interest.
Ben Reid & Company Ltd will never release a Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder’s personal details to any company outside of Ben Reid & Company Ltd for mailing or marketing purposes.

Collection of Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward points

To activate a Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card registration needs to be completed in full online or returned to the garden centre.

Cards can only be collected in store, we will not mail cards to customers.
Points can be accrued on a Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card but will not be redeemable until the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card has been activated.
Points are awarded for every complete £1 spent on all qualifying purchases.
The Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card must be presented at time of purchase in store. Unfortunately, points cannot be added respectively. Phone apps, such as Stocard, are acceptable.

Redeeming Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card points

The Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder may redeem any current available points at time of purchase. The Reward Card will have to be presented at time of redemption.

Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card points can only be redeemed on full priced merchandise.
The Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card holder has the option of redeeming all available points or a specific number of them at the point of purchase.
Points will expire 24 months after they are awarded if they are not redeemed.

Returning goods

If a product is refunded, proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt, will be required to allow deduction of points for the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card.

If a product purchased with Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card points is returned, the number of points used for the original purchase will be credited to the Ben Reid Garden Centre Reward Card. No cash refund will be given in these circumstances.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
