National Garden Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions

We accept National Garden Gift Vouchers on any instore transaction.

• Please check the expiry date, we cannot accept expired vouchers (date on the back).
• Sorry we do not offer change, credit notes or other vouchers from a National Garden Gift Vouchers
• NGGVs can be redeemed in store for any goods for sale in the Garden Centre.
• NGGVs cannot be exchanged for cash. We do not give change or refunds on NGVVs
• We will not accept expired NGGVs.
• If returning goods purchased using a NGGVs, we will not offer cash as a refund but goods to the value will be offered.
• We reserve the right to refuse to accept a NGGV which we deem to be tampered with, duplicated or otherwise suspected to be affected by fraud.
• NGGVs cannot be used to settle trade cash or credit accounts.
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
